NASHVILLE, TN --November 03, 2010 -- In the growing world of blogs and social media, a team of experienced Christian music critics have joined together to launch The Sound Opinion ( http://www.thesoundopinion.com).  With a panel of eight veteran journalists, The Sound Opinion strives to provide collective musings on Christian music while preserving professional journalism.

“I wanted to create a place where professional, creative journalism could flourish,” shares founder Lindsay Williams. “I knew I wouldn't have the time or the discipline to tackle it by myself, so I gathered some of my friends--who also happen to be extremely talented writers--to join me.”

The goal for The Sound Opinion is to provide a space for Christian music fans to engage in an ongoing conversation about the artists and songs they’re passionate about.  With the variety of writers and their viewpoints, stemming from many collective years of covering the Christian genre, this blog will be a place of honest opinions communicated through original content.  The Sound Opinion has already shared articles, reviews, interviews, and posts on some of Christian music’s top and undiscovered artists in the few months it has been live.

“I feel like we've created a community, and that's what we hope to build on the site,” Williams continues. “We want The Sound Opinion to be a place where Christian music fans can gather to discuss artists, music and trends. We're just the conversation starters.”

The Sound Opinion is composed of these writers and contributors:
