Deanna Ransom Vows To Never Say Never
Artist To Headline Rhythm of Gospel Awards, Set For Performance on BET's Bobby Jones Gospel
(Wilmington, DE) - July 24, 2012 - Songstress and Evangelist Deanna Ransom is blessed with a career that is rising like a shooting star. Deanna was named Chairman's Choice by Al "The Bishop" Hobbs at the Gospel Music Workshop of America earlier this month in Nashville. Not only is Ransom a powerhouse gospel vocalist, but she uses her God-given platform to encourage and inspire with her testimony of overcoming. Dropping Tuesday, July 24, 2012, her new CD, Never Say Never...Again is the artist's third project and from what fans are saying, it's her most anticipated. The 13-track CD is a musical memoir of the singer's tribulations and triumphs.
With the lead single and title tune, "Never Say Never" being lovingly embraced by radio, the platform allows Ransom's ministry to impact even more people. Hitting online distribution outlets on July 24th, the new CD's release comes right on the heels of major events for Ransom. A few days later Ransom will be a headliner for the 2012 Rhythm of Gospel Awards on Saturday, July 28th in Jacksonville, FL. Just a day later, Ransom will then perform on the 2012 En Sound Music Awards which will be held in Atlanta where the artist has been named a six-time award nominee and will also perform at the En Sound Music Awards After Party sponsored by Airplay 360 at the C-Room Complex. To top it all off Deanna will be performing August 4th at 4PM on none other than BET's Bobby Jones Gospel taping in the Nation's Capital.
Never Say Never...Again is a very personal project for the singer. Ransom's soothing soprano wraps around the heart with powerful exhortation. Her encouraging vocals make room for healing to take place. "I wrote 'Never Say Never...Again' based on my real life experience.  Alone, broken, hurt, fearful... I really embraced God's love.  I want all of my sisters (and brothers!) who have been hurt or are hurting, to know that the pain of a battered or broken heart is not greater than the transforming love of God who will make you and your life brand new by allowing Him to love you back to wholeness."
